STEP 1, INITIAL CONTACT:
Complete the Request Consultation form on the Contact page, or email attysharon@muacctg.com or attyjames@muacctg.com to discuss your business and accounting needs
We will send a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to reviewing your accounting data
You will send a copy of your accounting file to us for analysis
STEP 2, DISCOVERY:
We will conduct a file review and discuss your expectations and preferences
We prepare and present service option(s) in a proposal for your review.
You review our proposal for questions or adjustments.
You select your service and accept the agreement.
STEP 3, GETTING STARTED:
Discuss roles and communications
Discuss details on accounting module/files process
Start creation of Client Procedures Manual (CPM)
STEP 4, SYSTEM SET UP:
Access accounting modules and client files through Clients page
Clean up chart of accounts
Clean up balance sheet accounts
Set invoicing schedule and processes
If Needed:
Perform back work on previous months
STEP 7, IMPLEMENTATION:
Financial statements, reports and files are sent to client
